Shipping Policies:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please note that in stock items will be delivered within 10 business days. Additional shipping time may be needed for items that are special ordered or shipped directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally, an item will go on backorder with the manufacturer. In that situation, you will be contacted and be given the option of a refund at that time or to wait for the item to come in.
You can select to send an item to an alternate shipping address for gift packages. We will gift wrap your package for no additional charge. You also have the option of “store pick-up” for no charge. This can apply to a registry gift if the couple is a local Austin resident. In this situation, we will contact the bride and groom to let them know they have a gift at the store.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed in the same manner they were received. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the shipment, Finch will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days to arrange for a return or replacement. Claims can be made by calling 512-236-1414 or email info@shopfinch.com
